Who We Are
DCDC is a 501c3 organization founded by citizens and family members of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
DCDC is a chapter of The Arc. The Arc links local, state and national advocacy by providing a voice for all persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Together with our network of members and affiliate chapters, we improve systems of support and services, connect families, inspire communities and influence public policy.
Membership is open to everyone who has an interest in working on behalf of citizens with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their local community, their state and on a national level.
Meetings are held quarterly at the Arbor Place Mall Food Court. Contact us for the dates and times of upcoming meetings.
